I.Sea Gull
The world is a dot.
It is my kingdom, where I rule supreme.
I have no boundaries – no limits. I go where I please, and answer to no one.
The ocean is my playground and home. The fish and creatures that inhabit the water taunt me under its silvery blanket, but also provide me with a tasty snack when I am done playing games.
II. Lap Dog
My world is large, clean and white.
Fuzzy rugs cover the floor, as do many shoes – both are temptations.
I dream of running around outside, getting filthy – smelling a thousand smells. I stare out our huge bay window, seeing all the color and people. Wishing I was with them.
III. The tourist
My world is landmarks, shops and restaurants.
Bright, flashy colors in stores draw me in…causing me to make impulsive purchases. Appetizing aromas from Sen, JLX Bistro, and The Cajun Raw Bar fill the air, making my mouth water. I dip in for a quick bite.
My camera is my best friend…it stays close to me, snapping up the life around me. It’s funny to think that my entire summer will end up as a memory and pictures in a book.

Very engaging perspectives! All three characters know their realm but seem to want more.
I think Alex can make friends with any creature, no matter how many legs (or fins) it has!
