Under the Sea




























































My fiancee is a wanna-be Marine Biologist.
Really.
Animals facinate him - he wants to be their friend...protector...observer. He treats them as equals and understands their value. How ironic that he's a chef, huh? He has to cook the very animals and friends that he loves so dearly. But the reason that he's so talented in the kitchen is that he respects and honors that animals whose lives he's taking....
Really.
He petted a sand shark and was talking to it like a puppy.....and I think that it would have nuzzled him if the staff members of the Marine world weren't watching.

Certainly the less trauma your food experiences, the easier it goes down. And the state of mind of the food preparer can make things delicious or just palatable. Check out the movie "Like Water for Chocolate."
