Ice cream on a hot day

Waiting for this all week.



Mmmm. Can almost taste it.

So many decisions. My breath fogs up the glass in front in anticipation.

Cookies and Cream.....

The harbor and boats await.

Slowly, the goodness that fills my cone disappears. Half in my mouth, half dripping down my arm.

But I don't notice.

The day is sunny and bright. The boats, the seagulls, the people....it's worth it for a little dribble of sweetness.
