I wasn't officially cute until I took a bull dog for a walk.
Unfortunately, it's taken me 23 years to figure this out. A lot of time wasted - time that I could have been spent being cute.
Alex's executive chef, Keith Green needed me to watch his bull dog Maggie tonight - simple, yeah? We could hang out in the apartment...I could read, scratch her belly, she would affectionately lay her head on my lap....but a girl gets a clue when a dog can't stop barking from her third story apartment building that that dog needs to take a walk.
So we took a walk.
Oh wait...I'M sorry. Maggie walked ME. That dog lays truth to the statement that "good things come in small packages". She's a powerhouse. Ever tree, bush, dog, person she wanted to sniff and pulled me along right with her.
The culminating moment of the evening, however, was when a drunk couple stumbled upon us and informed me that my dog and I "were both so cute!" A cute girl and a cute dog! A sight neve seen before!
Should all little brunettes keep bull dogs onhand in case they become doubtful of their own cuteness? Not a bad idea, apparently. Just don't wait 23 years to figure it out. Remember - don't waste the cuteness!

You made the evening a whole lot more fun for Maggie than it might have been. Remember how Treasure would lpull us along during walks in Squaw Creek Park? Her nose never left the ground.
