Did you know that it's reading season?
Like hunters lining up during in-season for the best buck, kids and grownups crowd the library to find the best book.
I mean, think about it....
Those long summer days - with out school - sometimes with work.....huge, lush green lawns. Bright sunny days. God, who would want to stay inside?
Piles of books, quilts spread out on the lawn, a glass of sun tea, lovely cool shade - perfect.

How relaxing! I bet the kids ask for quiet reading time. Remember the summer when we had a tent in the backyard for reading? That helped make some summer afternoons just glorious. Suppose the kids' folks would let them construct tents?
