I think I used to called them "Twinkle Lights".15 years ago - this all started.
Lights, hung in the town square.
People, coming to see and smile as the color wink and blink at them. Coffeeshops nearby selling warm drinks to keep money and smiles coming.
More crowds, every night. Never mind the frost.
Even the camels showed up to give rides. :)
