April 2007 - I found myself in Sag Harbor New York - the land of sea breezes and huge summer homes. In order to stay in touch with friends and family, I started a blog about my adventures there. My fiancee (now husband) and I moved to Arkansas in the fall of 2007. Since then the blog has detailed my life...as a yankee in the south, a runner, an actor, a writer and an administrative assistant. It's been a wild ride and continues to be a grand adventure...:)

It's the end of January....I guess it's reasonable to expect in ice storm.
....in Arkansas? =D
That's what's going on outside- it's not raging blizzard but a slow steady drizzle of icy, freezing rain. Al and I are warm and toasty inside though. Some of my friends have called to say that their power is out. My friend who works at enterprise rent a car, had to go into work today. I guess everyone handles the weather in their own way. My boss texted me to "stay home".
As long as I can watch the weather safely from my door step, I guess I can appreciate its beauty. ;)
