April 2007 - I found myself in Sag Harbor New York - the land of sea breezes and huge summer homes. In order to stay in touch with friends and family, I started a blog about my adventures there. My fiancee (now husband) and I moved to Arkansas in the fall of 2007. Since then the blog has detailed my life...as a yankee in the south, a runner, an actor, a writer and an administrative assistant. It's been a wild ride and continues to be a grand adventure...:)

There's something about a new restaurant that's just exciting.
Saturday I ate at savor . I've seen the building on College Ave as I'd drive to work and on errands, always curious as to what was on the inside. Large, blacked out windows span the outside walls.
The last time I tasted fine dining, and ate dishes that were almost too pretty to eat was in the Hamptons. This was much better - being so close to home. I felt fancy, happy and free.
We waited in the lounge until our table was ready - sipping on fancy drinks and enjoying the music. Carrie Bradshaw ain't got nuttin' on us!
The dining area was quaint with a black, exposed, warehouse-esqu ceiling.
I plan to come again ;)
