My nights tend to speed up faster than I would like them to. I guess it's my days seeping into them? Don't know.

I leave work - a place of hurried people, phone ringing and too much being printed to go home. A wonderful warm place, full of love. But I still feel like I have to keep going, even though I'm tired.

Luckily there are people in my life like Al, my family and friends who help me slow down.
