A Hawkeye Among the Razorbacks

April 2007 - I found myself in Sag Harbor New York - the land of sea breezes and huge summer homes. In order to stay in touch with friends and family, I started a blog about my adventures there. My fiancee (now husband) and I moved to Arkansas in the fall of 2007. Since then the blog has detailed my life...as a yankee in the south, a runner, an actor, a writer and an administrative assistant. It's been a wild ride and continues to be a grand adventure...:)

What better way to start off a work furlough than with a new do?

My trip to Accent Salon and Spa proved to be relaxing and fun. I realize that we don't always pamper ourselves for a reason. It's a nice surprise and feels good when someone rubs your hands with sweet smelling lotion, or gives you a scalp massage before cutting your hair. I'd rather feeling like a princess every so often than ever day - makes me appreciate it more.
