It used be when someone said they blogged, that people would mentally picture them with a pair of taped up horn rims. N-N-Nerd alert!

Luckily, that standard doesn't uphold today.

Look at the variety of wonderful blogs available today on the internet! Blogs that teach us things, entertain us or just show us how beautiful the world really is. I am always amazed by my brother in law's blog. Or how my friends Tracy and Darcy show the world how amazing their lives are just through words and pictures. Or my favorite blog of all - shuttersisters.

My own personal blog...I don't know how to classify it. BELIEVE me. I've tried.

Sometimes it's a diary. Sometimes I just throw down whimsical words and hope that they make sense to someone. Many times it's my creative outlet, when I feel like my right brain is a dry desert. Sometimes I try to tie words to pictures that I've taken, that I totally love for some reason but might not really seem that pretty to others.

I dunno. I'm glad blogs exist. And they are totally "in" right now =D
