Last night Al and I went to Smilin' Jacks to hear his sister Rachel and brother in law Larry play.
It's a small place just off Dickson, with red brick walls, organic sandwiches and fruity Sangria. The night was rainy and made me think of a cool jazz club and the two strummed their guitars and Rachel's sultry voice filled the room.
