D. and I were giddy.

We were going to a fashion show put on by the U of A for Korto, one of the finalists for project runway season 5. D. and I are total groupies.

We got to the Union on campus at 6:30pm, and were astonished by the long line leading up to the door where the show was going to be held. Once the doors were open, people spilled in. All glamour and fabulousness inside but not enough seats. No matter. D and I are adaptive. We perched on a garbage can and watched the show.

Bright and vibrant colors, big hair styles and heavy makeup took over the runway. It was wonderful. I was considering stealing one of the VIP passes so I could sit up close and take pictures but I did the best I could.

Mmmm...glamour ;)
