More and more I'm finding it hard to be an "individual" where I work.

There is a cookie cutter image that we must all follow.

Heels. Nylons. Collar buttons buttoned. Rigid.

But luckily, I am able to appreciate those hours where I am completely me. Definitely not perfect but warm, loving and a little crazy. :) Those times make the work hours go by faster.
