That was my time for the 2011 Little Rock Marathon.
I was shooting for 4:30 but I'll definitely take a sub 5 hour time ;) The course was great...pretty flat although they threw in a few surprise hills here and there.
The best part was finishing and pushing myself to pass three people just before the finish line. I got a giganic finishers medal (it's the largest in the country) and was met by my running buddies and friends B. And D. who had driven up to Little Rock just to see me run and brought a "team Kate" sign with them ;)
Now back to reality ;)
Low days exist to remind you that you still have choices.
High days, Kate, exist to remind you of how fast you rebound... among other things.
