Last night I attended a Seder. It was fairly informal. A quiet short blessing was made over the food and then people hung around, talked and ate.
My friend D. had a Seder plate made up and gave me a brief history of what each item on the plate represented. It had a beautiful and brave history.
I'm so lucky to have friends who can share these experiences with me :)

April 2007 - I found myself in Sag Harbor New York - the land of sea breezes and huge summer homes. In order to stay in touch with friends and family, I started a blog about my adventures there. My fiancee (now husband) and I moved to Arkansas in the fall of 2007. Since then the blog has detailed my life...as a yankee in the south, a runner, an actor, a writer and an administrative assistant. It's been a wild ride and continues to be a grand adventure...:)
