Last night a group that works for the symphany that plays for the WFAC came and ate at Hjem after hours.

They had called ahead to make sure Hjem would be open late. About a quarter to 11, a group of well dressed, quietly brilliant men filed into the restaurant.

They first ordered champagne to toast their success and then a meal, followed by desert and coffee.

They were polite, intelligent and thanked everyone who worked at Hjem when they finished.

I love being in the same vicinity with people like that. They make me feel like utter success and grandeur is only a few steps away. They are the true royalty :)
