Last night I attended a Rosh Hashanah celebration…Jewish new year.
How amazing to have your new year when the leaves are turning color and the weather is slowly getting colder ;) The meal and the traditions surrounding it were all based on blessing the food and getting ready for a good and prosperous new year.
How ironic that the non-Jewish New Year is heralded in by noisemakers and wine. This seems much more desirable ;)

aw man I wish I could have gone to this! I was way too exhausted after work and the gym and i hav eto get up super early the next day :(
