Alex and I came upon this during a walk on the beach yesterday. There was this strange inlet into the sand, and this pipe was coming out from under this hill where a bunch of construction was going on around it. The water around the pipe wasn't moving very fast - it was pretty dormant and fungus and other gunk was building up around it. Plus...throughout our walk on the beach, we picked up quite a large collection of garbage. People in the Hamptons - for all your glitz and glamour...you still have more work to do.
