Can you ever see too many sunsets by the harbor? I mean - are they ever too much the same?You know...the sun...the waves...the sun's light gently playing ON the waves....seems pretty mundane after a while.
Well to SOME people.
I've only been here for about a month and haven't seen one Sunset that was the same as the evening before. Something is always different. The light is brighter...or there is more color...or less color....the waves can be strong or little. The light also shines on areas that you have never seen before - you know, like in tv shows when someone is having a "revelation from heaven" - and a beam of light shines down? It happens here....not even kidding ;)
So stop. Watch the sunset...or if you're crazy enough to be up early enough..the sunrise. Each one will be different, unique and special...not just in the hamptons. Everywhere.

I agree. They were great every night in Door County. Hopefully you see that in the pictures I took. Take some from the Hamptons and post.

These sunsets really do impart a peaceful feeling. What time does nightfall come in sag Harbor?
