April 2007 - I found myself in Sag Harbor New York - the land of sea breezes and huge summer homes. In order to stay in touch with friends and family, I started a blog about my adventures there. My fiancee (now husband) and I moved to Arkansas in the fall of 2007. Since then the blog has detailed my life...as a yankee in the south, a runner, an actor, a writer and an administrative assistant. It's been a wild ride and continues to be a grand adventure...:)

I am the lucky one.
My long work days start very early but because of that, I get to see the sky splashed with pastels. To me, that's worth being bleary eyed, tired and...BLAH. I get to feel the pavement under me, see the vast sky above me and feel the wind around me.
That's what it means to be alive.
