About 4 years ago, Al and I were in Sag Harbor New York.

Wow.

I can't believe it's been that long since I ran on the beach, walked the harbor or had coffee and bagels every morning for breakfast.

I know a lot of women my age, unless they are a townie, wouldn't have had that experience. It definitely had its ups and downs but I am very often nostalgic during this time of the year. 

Here's hoping for another great spring/summer ;)
