Hjem has been doing great lately.

I don't know if it is due to the recent articles published around the state or the fact that people still know good food when they encounter it.

I remember when Al and I first met. His ideal restaurant that he wanted to run was very similar to Hjem in his description; small with a "clean" menu. Nothing too cluttered or fancy. Just simple elegance that would get people to concentrate on the food infront of them.

He is (as many of you who have sampled Hjem's delights will attest) well on his way :)
