(scenes from a 14 mile run I took this morning)
Al has been sick, so I woke up early and did half of my 14 Miles at 5am and the other half at 630am with my running group.
Running is one of the few activities that is so flexible. You just need yourself, a pair of shoes and a open road.
I learn more about a place by running in it. Plus I get a better view. Nobody knows the back roads better than a runner :)

April 2007 - I found myself in Sag Harbor New York - the land of sea breezes and huge summer homes. In order to stay in touch with friends and family, I started a blog about my adventures there. My fiancee (now husband) and I moved to Arkansas in the fall of 2007. Since then the blog has detailed my life...as a yankee in the south, a runner, an actor, a writer and an administrative assistant. It's been a wild ride and continues to be a grand adventure...:)
