They are getting ready.
Apparently around memorial day, hords of people descend upon Sag Harbor...packing every restaurant and shop to the gills.
Al and Gab (the two southern boys who will be running "Mumbo Gumbos") have started clearing the place out and removing a year's worth of sludge from the kitchen and seating area.
It's a fun place - with a nautical feel to it. I guess the decor is trying to give it a southern/Louisiana/Marti Gras/Party ALLLL the time feel to it. Lots of booths and space....I started to get really excited for Al and the restaurant. I'm lucky that I have a fiancee who isn't afraid to get dirty to get something done - working hard is what he loves to do....well, we BOTH do. :)

Looks like a fun place. Let the good times roll--if it were Mardi Gras time, I could say that in French! Good thing you're all in a cleaning mood!
